The height/weight regulation was the best thing that ever happened to bodybuilding. It keeps guys withing the safe zone. Unfortunately does include mass monsters. But they know all that muscle is burning up their organs. Great muscles, but he looks terrible. Mass monsters aren't healthy. The body can't sustain that much muscle and when they come off they look terrible. Every body can only sustain so much muscle before the organs begin to strain. A guy 5'6 shouldn't weigh 260. That would be on the heavy side even for a guy 6'4. About his limit for good health, and he would still look like a body builder. I wish this guy well.
